Powerful Forgiveness

“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.”

Imagine what God could do with your forgiveness. Imagine the restoration that could occur. Our relationship with Christ can be strengthened or crippled in how we respond in times of betrayal. Even though it seems difficult to absorb, things like this don’t have to happen TO you - they can happen FOR you. Trials can be a time for personal growth in Christ, a time for strengthening our faith walk. They can offer a chance to see God move in miraculous ways in your life and your marriage.

Struggling heart, all that is required of you is that you willingly, freely forgive. The rest is God’s work. The results are His.
